由于工作(zuo)任務(wu)繁(fan)重(zhong)橋(qiao)式(shi)(shi)起重(zhong)機使用頻繁(fan),易造成(cheng)橋(qiao)式(shi)(shi)起重(zhong)機各機械傳動系(xi)統(tong)磨損(sun)較為嚴重(zhong),這就需(xu)要(yao)對橋(qiao)式(shi)(shi)起重(zhong)機的各個部(bu)位經常進行(xing)維護保養,使其發揮(hui)最大工作(zuo)效(xiao)率。橋(qiao)式(shi)(shi)起重(zhong)機電氣控(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)在司機室內可同(tong)時控(kong)制主副(fu)鉤的升降,大小車的運行(xing)機構。
總控制回路電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)進線開(kai)關(guan)(guan)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)自動空氣開(kai)頭。總空氣開(kai)關(guan)(guan)是作為(wei)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)起到一定(ding)的(de)(de)保護作用(yong)(yong),只有(you)在緊急情(qing)況(kuang)下才使用(yong)(yong)緊急按(an)鈕接(jie)通閘線圈位空氣開(kai)關(guan)(guan)跳閘,一般情(qing)況(kuang)下,使用(yong)(yong)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)接(jie)觸器(qi)分合電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)。電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)和(he)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)形式(shi)機(ji)(ji)構上所有(you)動力回路和(he)控制回路均采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)380V交流電(dian)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)由角鋼滑(hua)(hua)線供(gong)(gong)電(dian),滑(hua)(hua)線裝在橋式(shi)起重(zhong)機(ji)(ji)駕(jia)駛室(shi)正(zheng)對的(de)(de)一側。從(cong)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)點到電(dian)機(ji)(ji)最大壓(ya)降不超(chao)過額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)3%,否則影響橋機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)正(zheng)常運行。
橋式(shi)起重機(ji)(ji)大小車(che)軌(gui)道(dao)必須(xu)按規程可(ke)靠(kao)接地(di)。橋式(shi)起重機(ji)(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)照明(ming)采(cai)用500W防(fang)震行車(che)燈,裝在(zai)主梁下面,由(you)照明(ming)變壓器供(gong)電,橋架內和司機(ji)(ji)室照明(ming)采(cai)用220V日光(guang)燈,所有(you)照明(ming)都由(you)照明(ming)控(kong)制箱控(kong)制。
目前,我國已經從各方面進行(xing)橋式(shi)起重(zhong)機節能(neng)技術研究。而且(qie),“節能(neng)降耗,建設節約型社會”也是我國宏觀(guan)經濟運行(xing)中的一項(xiang)緊迫任務,更是一項(xiang)長期的戰略任務。
